Ivan & Shar | Manila Intimate Wedding

Filed in Weddings  /  February 12, 2021

Your wedding is a special, one-shot event. Every moment matters. Every detail is important. Every single thing counts.  You can dream. You can plan. The hard part is how to make your day your own. Here’s how Ivan and Shar did it:

KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND GO FOR IT
Ivan and Shar wanted a continuation of their proposal set up—the play and effects of lights. It made a lot of difference to the whole setting. Their theme of blue and silver hues are so easy on the eyes. Their wedding is a perfect combination of classic and unique. It’s far from the trend but never goes out of style.

THE BEAUTY IS IN THE DETAILS
Personalized—that’s how Ivan and Shar made their wedding special and beautiful. They made sure that all the details, big or small, had a touch of who they are. Everything is artistically engraved with their names. Their wedding invitations are simple but carefully designed. Their ring box was beautifully crafted. Their handwritten vows were flawlessly bound. The way the elements are custom-made has made their wedding truly memorable.

LOVE WINS!
That’s Ivan and Shar’s simple answer when asked what made them go for an intimate wedding. They believe that the number of people around does not make their celebration less meaningful. What really matters is being with the ones they love.

THE HEARTFELT EXPERIENCE
Ivan and Shar’s wedding is one of the most wonderful events I’m glad to be a part of. I’ve been friends with Ivan for years and he’s also my Photographer in Gunita Studios—my other studio. It’s a weird mix of pressure and relief. The beauty in knowing the bride and groom is we were all comfortable working together. No awkward moments. No stiff poses. It was pure fun! Another great thing is being able to express their personality and their story in the pictures.  Every smile is genuine. Every teardrop is felt. Every moment captured was full of love.
