JC & Ayra | Farm Hills Garden Wedding

On December 7, JC and Ayra checked another item from their bucket list – a wedding day as romantic as their love. On that day in Farm Hills Garden, Tagaytay, their boho-style garden wedding is ultimately a dream come true!

THE CAPPADOCIA, TURKEY ENGAGEMENT
One of the things that we ask our couples while getting to know them is their proposal story. JC and Ayra’s engagement happened in one of the most iconic places in the world – Cappadocia Turkey! JC’s original plan was to propose during their hot air balloon ride. Unfortunately, the weather was not on his side. During their last day, he decided that he’d get on one knee whatever may happen. The heavens may have heard his prayer because finally, the balloons were up! When Ayra was enjoying the view from the top of a famous rock formation, he asked her to spend the rest of their lives as husband and wife. It was all dreamy and perfect!

JC AND AYRA’S TIPS FOR AN IDEAL WEDDING

A lot of Pinterest browsing. The couple’s pegs were mostly from Pinterest, so they took their time looking for inspirations similar to their wedding vision.
It pays to be hands-on during the wedding planning. JC and Ayra both described themselves as detail-oriented. They were involved in every detail of their wedding and just hired an on-the-day coordinator. Another fun fact, it was JC who took Ayra’s measurements in Doha and they only sent it online to Opposite Attract. Surprisingly, during the first fitting, her wedding gown was a perfect fit!
Schedule online meetings with your wedding suppliers. JC and Ayra are both working overseas but they made sure to connect with every wedding supplier to communicate their plans and how to work them out. For them, every time invested in online meetings was worth it because they had a beautiful wedding. JC even said, “Everything happened according to plan. Kung pwede lang namin ulitin ikasal, uulitin namin kasi ang sarap ikasal.”
