What We Offer

Choosing the right wedding photography package ensures you get the coverage and quality you deserve. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included in our packages at Ram Marcelo Photography.

Standard Components of Philippine Wedding Photography Packages

Pre-Wedding Consultation

Our commitment to capturing your wedding day starts well before the big event. We offer a pre-wedding consultation to ensure you’re well-prepared and comfortable. During this session, we cover several essential topics:

  • Expectations: We take the time to understand your vision and preferences for your wedding photos.
  • Preparation: We’ll provide tips on how to prepare for the big day and meet your expectations, along with exclusive guides to help you every step of the way.
  • Schedule: Reviewing the wedding day timeline is crucial to maximize photo opportunities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Rapport Building: Getting to know you is important to us, as it helps create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere on your wedding day.

This consultation is invaluable as it helps us understand your needs and ensures you feel heard and comfortable in front of the camera. It also allows us to build a rapport with you, so when your special day arrives, we can capture your moments authentically and beautifully.

Coverage on the Wedding Day

Our standard wedding day coverage includes 12 hours, which typically covers a full wedding in the Philippines. We believe every moment is priceless. Here’s what we capture:

  • Preparations: Moments like getting ready, makeup, and attire details.
  • Ceremony: The heart of your wedding–you walking down the aisle, exchanging vows, the rings, and that first kiss.
  • Postnup Portrait Shoot: Beautiful portraits of the newlyweds.
  • Cocktails and Reception: Candid moments where everyone’s unwinding and celebrating, speeches, and the first dance.
  • After-Party: Drinking, dancing, and spontaneous moments from the celebration.

Our team consists of Ram Marcelo as the main photographer, supported by two assistant photographers. This setup allows us to cover different angles and moments simultaneously, ensuring no special moment is missed. Typically, you’ll receive 2000-3000 curated and edited photographs delivered via a private online gallery, perfect for sharing and downloading.

Additional Services

Engagement or Prenup Photo Session

An engagement or prenup photo shoot is a session typically conducted three months before the wedding day. These photos allow couples to tell their unique story by incorporating hobbies, interests, and favorite locations that best represent them. Here are the benefits of having a prenup shoot:

  • Practice: Gain experience in front of the camera and get comfortable working with your photographer.
  • Personal Touch: Customize your shoot with elements of your love story, hobbies, and interests. Choose a meaningful location and theme that truly reflects your relationship.
  • Wedding Day Use: Utilize these photos for save-the-dates, invitations, or your wedding website. Additionally, we offer a prenup slideshow that can be showcased during your wedding reception, adding a personal and memorable touch that guests will adore.

Onsite Photo Slideshow

An onsite photo slideshow is a captivating highlight reel of your wedding day, included in our Philippine wedding photography packages, presented at the end of your reception program. This slideshow is meticulously crafted by an additional onsite photo editor, ensuring that the best moments of your wedding day are featured.

Share and relive special and unseen moments from your day with your guests, making them feel included in every part of the celebration. The slideshow creates a touching and heartfelt experience. For you as a couple, it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and soak in the joy and beauty of your special day that you created together. It serves as a delightful capstone to your reception; furthermore, it keeps your guests engaged and entertained until the very end.

Wedding Photo Albums

Our wedding packages include beautifully crafted albums in various sizes (8×8, 10×10, 12×12 inches) with different leather covers to choose from. Available options include:

  • Prenup Album: A Prenup Album captures your engagement’s fun and excitement. It showcases your love story and is perfect for sharing with friends and family, adding a personal touch to your home. You can even have this displayed during your wedding.
  • Wedding Album: A Wedding Album is a beautiful collection of the best moments from your wedding day, professionally printed and bound in a leather cover. It lets you relive your special day and share those memories with future generations.
  • Parents’ Album: A Parents’ Album is a smaller version of your wedding album, perfect for gifting to your parents when you leave the nest. It’s a heartfelt way to thank them for their love and support, giving them their own cherished memories from your wedding day.

Out of Town Fees

For weddings outside Manila, additional fees apply:

  • Tagaytay, Laguna, Batangas, Pampanga: PHP 5,000 – PHP 10,000

  • Deliverables: Number of photos, albums, and delivery timeline.
  • Payment Terms: Schedule and payment methods.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policy: Terms for cancellations or rescheduling.

Additional Costs: Out of town fees, extra hours, crew meal provision, etc

Tips for Selecting the Right Package

Assessing Your Needs

Consider your wedding size, style, and venue to determine which package features are most important. For instance, if you’re planning a larger wedding, you might benefit from additional photographers to capture every detail. Additionally, smaller or more intimate weddings might find that a more streamlined package meets their needs effectively.

Comparing Offers

When comparing packages from different photographers, look at:

  1. Photographic Style
    • Determine if their style (e.g., traditional, photojournalistic, fine art) matches your vision.
  2. Experience and Expertise
    • Check their experience with weddings similar to yours in size and setting. Ask about their familiarity with your venue or similar locations.
  3. Packages and Pricing
    • Compare what’s included in their packages: hours of coverage, number of photographers, and deliverables.
    • Ensure there are no hidden fees.
  4. Reviews and Testimonials – Read reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Bride and Breakfast. Seek testimonials from past clients.
  5. Personality and Rapport
    • Meet with the photographers to see if you feel comfortable with them, noting if they are attentive to your needs and easy to communicate with.
  6. Contracts and Policies
    • Review their contract for clarity on services, deliverables, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

Negotiation Tips

  • Customization: Don’t hesitate to ask for adjustments to fit your needs.
  • Discounts: Inquire about any available discounts for bundling services.
  • Clear Communication: Ensure all agreed terms are clearly stated in the contract.
